The Forma Approach
Site investigation
It all starts with having the financing in place and seeking out suitable sites.
Due diligence including feasibility and concept planning
Just because a site can be developed, doesn’t mean it should be. We conduct many studies to make sure that factors such as zoning, orientation, gradient and dimensions are practically and commercially viable.
We also look at site access, ease of connecting services, drainage, fire and flood risk and more.
Site acquisition
In addition to the above physical concerns, there are other boxes we can help you tick, including legal and compliance requirements.
Planning and design development
With the property secured, we engage architects and engineers and begin planning and detailing the proposed changes and additions to the land. Working drawings, plans and documentation are created in order to obtain the necessary permits.
Tendering
We invite builders and building companies to bid on the construction project. The applications are reviewed with vision, cost, character and competency in mind.
Marketing
Location and amenities are not enough. We believe in the power of building a strong emotional connection with motivated buyers and investors for the success of your property – and we are skilled in harnessing this power! We manage the marketing, including project naming, marketing collateral and brand awareness.
Construction
